Donate £2.50 to plant an oak tree in our woodland in Kent

Around 6 years ago this group of oaks had a bumper mast year producing an abundance of viable acorns, we collected around 600 and planted them in our forest nursery. Five years on we have around 500 for planting in the forest. Using local seed for regeneration ensures trees that are suited to the site and more importantly cuts down the risk of importing diseases and pathogens. This is a ongoing process and we have plans to expand on our oaks along with Hazel and hornbeam.

Each tree is free as we have produced them here on site but the guards cost £2 and the stake is 50p so each tree planting costs £2.50.

If you would like to make a donation for us to plant a tree (or trees) please use the paypal button below. Thanks!
